Daily use a good sunscreen cream. UV rays are the
primary cause of the texture and color changes of skin aging. "Mineral
sunscreen is a physical barrier, so it should be applied as the last step
before makeup.”
Add healthy fats into your diet such as nuts, avocados,
olive oil, whole eggs etc so that it will help you to get a glowing skin.
Eat brightly colored vegetables and fruits that are orange, red, purple,
yellow etc.
Stay active by exercising. It increases blood
flow throughout the body and it gives you nutrients and minerals for
a brighter, better-looking skin.
Always stay hydrated because it is essential for skin
health. It helps your skin moisturized, healthy and glowing. You need to
drink 8 glasses per day.
Get a good sleep for at least 8 hours per day. Less
sleeping hours may affect badly to your skin. This is very important
because during that time our bodies start growing secretly.
Hot water and long showers remove oils from
your skin so limit your bath or shower time and make sure to use warm
water.
Minimize using make up. If you apply then please make
sure that you remove it before you go to sleep if not it will highly damage
your skin during the night. Your skin renews when you’re asleep so it will
prevent if you sleep with makeup. Just put
some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil onto
your face to get rid of the makeup and dirt.
You have to clean your phone
too. If you're seeing pimples on your cheeks then it may be from your
phone. Since it's always in your hand, your phone picks up
lots of bacteria.
Stop touching your face all the time because
you always touch stuffs that have germs.
Change your pillowcase. Not changing
the pillowcase also can affect your skin. Even if you wash your face
before you go to the bed, if your pillowcase has dirt and sweat then no
point of washing the face.
